Borrego Springs in the summer is not in general a very lively place. The quiet is restful, though it can get to be too much at times. But this morning at our Club’s breakfast meeting at La Casa Del Zoro (with its beautiful, historic setting and its good food), the energy was bouncing around the table and the noise level rose a bit. The three Club members who were Zooming in – from Colorado, Minnesota, and Oregon – added their good ideas and enthusiasm. Easy video conferencing is a great thing that came out of the pandemic, especially for a place like Borrego.
Our Club is small but mighty – like Borrego itself. As we enter the new year, we intend to let the good times – and good works – roll on!
